Donations & Support
Your tax-deductible contribution to Spencer County Habitat for Humanity changes lives. It is an investment in a child, a family, the community, and our future.
Research shows decent housing and homeownership improves health, increases a child’s educational achievement, and strengthens community ties.
Each contribution, no matter the size, contributes to our fulfillment of Habitat’s mission.
Continuing Your Support for Habitat for Humanity
Your involvement doesn’t have to end once your volunteer shift is over. There are several vital ways to stay engaged and help us fulfill our mission of providing “forever homes” for deserving families in Spencer County.
First and foremost, we always value your prayers. We ask for guidance in making the right decisions when selecting our homeowners and as we support them through the journey of building their homes. We also seek prayer for discernment, ensuring that every dollar raised and donated is used wisely and correctly.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. Without your hands-on help, we simply cannot complete the construction of these homes. We invite you to come volunteer with us again—your experience and dedication are what allow us to turn blueprints into reality.
We are always looking for passionate individuals to help guide our direction. If you have a heart for helping people and want to further our mission, please consider joining a committee or our Board of Directors. These leadership roles are essential for the long-term success of our local affiliate.
Our mission is made possible through the generosity of the community. Every donation, regardless of size, stays right here to help Spencer County families. We appreciate every single dollar, as financial support is what provides the materials and resources necessary to build safe, affordable housing.
In all our efforts, we remain dedicated to the principle of Equal Housing Opportunity. We work to ensure that all qualified individuals—including single people and families of all backgrounds—have an equal path to homeownership. Thank you for being the reason we can continue this work!
